OUR POLICY ON CONTENT

As a measure of good faith each association, club or organization which is represented by Planet Today, are asked to sign a partnership agreement. This agreement constitutes Planet Today's requirements for hosting a web site for any community organization. Planet Today assumes the role as community advocate and with this in mind, our community portals are meant to be used and viewed by every member of the community. This includes but is not limited to children, adults, and mature adults.

On this basis, the following list of guidelines must be met and adhered to by any association before an organization is given author control over its own content. Planet Today Inc. reserves the right to remove any content it deems inappropriate.

1. We strongly urge you to promote your web site to your membership and the community. We request that any literature that you promote within the community and your membership would include the URL that your web site is hosted in, i.e. newsletters, pamphlets, flyers, etc.

2. The content that you have chosen for your web site must remain current. How often your content will be updated depends on the function of your organization. However, content which is more than three months old will have become static and must be modified or it will be removed from the site.

3. Your association will provide Planet Today with content related to any community events in which your group is involved. This content will be placed on our Community Calendar and could possibly be featured in The Month Ahead (if applicable).

4. Any defamatory content (language or pictures), based on sex, race and/or religion, will be immediately removed from any PlanetToday.com site.

5. Sexually explicit content or profanity (language or pictures) implied or otherwise will result in default of this partnership agreement.

6. No links to other Internet sites are to be added to any site without the prior approval of Planet Today Inc.
